We're seeking someone to join our team as a Reporting Lead in the Rapid Response team to navigate and engage with HR and Business stakeholders globally to understand business questions, support complex report queries, ensure questions were addressed and quickly iterate.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the HR Data and Analytics team, which looks to leverage technology to solve complex business problems, support workforce strategy development, and predict talent risks and opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Manage a team of reporting support professionals to successfully deliver on a broad range of reporting related projects and activities
- Provide data- and process-related professional support (as a mentor) to junior Reporting Team members in delivery of user-friendly and accurate reports, take ownership in knowledge management and onboarding of new joiners
- Be part of our modernization efforts and adapt new technologies and tools such as Power BI
- Identify required information sources, partner with data owners to access data, query and ingest data (from e.g. Tableau / Power BI / Workday / Excel), clean and join data and develop reports to address client needs
- Support data governance (data source definitions, taxonomy) and provide quality assurance /testing for reports and new data sources coming into our environment
What you'll bring to the role:
- 3+ years of experience in data / analytics / reporting field, team lead experience preferred
- High level of comfort and familiarity with data wrangling, cleaning, and manipulation / transformation
- Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables) and preferably familiarity with other data distribution or automation platforms (eg. Business Objects, Power BI)
- A critical thinking mindset: high attention to detail, ability to problem solve independently, strong sense of personal accountability for high quality, value-driven work, even in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- An ability to capture information systematically; consider a broad range of issues and factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues; and use accurate logic in analysis
- Comfort connecting with global clients to understand needs / challenges and respond quickly(strong written and verbal English is required
