We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Third-Party Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Program Specialist. The core responsibilities include analyzing targeted suppliers globally from an ESG standpoint. Also, to provide continuous development of an ESG risk assessment framework and tracking metrics.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within Sourcing / Procurement, which is responsible for procurement (e.g., purchasing and supply chain activities), as well as vendor management (e.g., business requirements gathering, sourcing strategy, competitive and market assessments, negotiation, contracting, and relationships associated with outsourced services).

What you’ll do in the role:
• At least 6 years in Environment Social and Governance initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Manage the implementation and automation of the new Third-Party ESG due diligence process as well as the below core actions but not limited to
o Supporting the continuous development of a global ESG Third-Party Program with key suppliers, including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives
o Work with our Third-Party Program Management (TPPM) team to conduct ESG supplier assessments, analyze data and summarize information in a formal report
• Manage the remediation process if any risks are found on any company
• In regard to regulatory requirements, work with Legal and other business units to provide information related to ESG
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
What you’ll bring to the role:
• An understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance or Sustainability matters related to third parties
• Familiarity with Sourcing and/or collaborating with suppliers
• Experience in risk management, analysis and reporting
• An understanding of upcoming global regulatory requirements
• Understanding or direct experience in developing new processes or project management skills
