The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firms books and records, and by contributing to firmwide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team.

The Morgan Stanley Baltimore office is a critical component of the Firm`s Global footprint and has 1,400 employees that provide support and services to the Investment Banking, Securities, Investment Management and Wealth Management Businesses.

Background on the Team
Our Investment Banking Division (IBD) Divisional Reporting team is currently seeking to engage Baltimore's leading talent. We are particularly interested in speaking with you if you are comfortable with producing and analyzing the suite of Revenue, Expense, Risk and Metrics reporting for the Investment Banking Business unit. This includes key deliverables such as quarterly due diligence packs that are presented to investor relations and the CFO, regulatory reporting (including CCAR) and disclosures and Market share reporting (League Tables).

Primary Responsibilities
- You will produce management reporting for the Investment Banking Division including weekly, Monthly & Quarterly revenue/expense reporting
- You will be involved in the Budgeting and forecasting of revenues and direct expenses.
- You will prepare weekly external Investment Banking revenue results and forecast
- You will coordinate commentary across the global IBD controller organization
- You will support Ad hoc reporting requests from the Corporate Reporting, ISG Reporting, Business unit and Finance Management teams
- You will Collaborate with Technology on system enhancement projects
- You will be engaged to test roll-outs of new Investment Banking Reporting tools

Skills required
- You have an interest or familiarity with Financial Markets and Products
- You have previous work experience in Financial Services, Audit or Accounting
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- You have worked against challenging stakeholders and/ or deadlines to deliver positive results
- You are willing to observe process and disrupt it in order to prioritize the team' efficiency
- You will be able to maintain a strong sense of organization and time management skills
- You are a keen multi-tasker and use a high-paced environment to your advantage

Salary range for the position: [$58,000-62,000] Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
