We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President / Director Compensation to manage and implement compensation administration for all India functions for Morgan Stanley. The individual in the role would report to the India Rewards lead and closely work with stakeholders across Rewards, Business leadership and HR Business partners.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the India Rewards team responsible for advising and executing our pay for performance philosophy.

What you'll do in the role: -

  • Contribute to continuously strengthen the Firm’s competitive compensation philosophy through surveys, benchmarking, and market intelligence.
  • Provide effective compensation analytics to aid in decision making.
  • Advise Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams on compensation strategies to attract and retain key talent.
  • Administer year end compensation cycles with a keen eye on solutioning, accuracy and innovation.
  • Participate and potentially co lead initiatives and projects working closely with team members across geographies.
  • Adhere to appropriate risk and governance principles.

What you'll bring to the role: -

  • Strong data analytics and visualisation skills.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices and processes.
  • Ability to communicate and influence diverse audiences.
  • Experience in team management.
  • An innovative and solution-oriented approach and willingness to question the status quo.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
