We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Morgan Stanley Small Business Academy Program Administrator to be responsible for supporting the program daily activities for the US and UK participants.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director position within Sourcing / Procurement, which is responsible for procurement (e.g., purchasing and supply chain activities), as well as vendor management (e.g., business requirements gathering, sourcing strategy, competitive and market assessments, negotiation, contracting, and relationships associated with outsourced services).

What you’ll do in the role:
• Manage all daily program logistics and coordinating all activities for the Academy, including but not limited to the following:
o Manage the small business application process and selection of internal volunteers
o Oversee all communication and documentation
o Create and conduct surveys with the cohort to determine the program's effectiveness and continue to enhance program with innovative ideas
o Oversee all Academy KPIs and reporting to measure success
o Organize and oversee the year-long mentoring program post Academy graduation
• Assist with identifying small businesses to be considered for the Academy and/or potential contracting opportunities

What you’ll bring to the role:
At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
• Experience with educational programs
• Knowledge of supplier diversity and/or sourcing
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent computer skills - advanced level Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal)
• Accountability: follow-through on commitments, takes ownership, and accepts responsibility for all outcomes
• Bachelor’s Degree required
