Investment Banking Analyst, Budapest

We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join our expanding team in our Budapest office. At the end of the selection process, successful candidates will be placed in either the Healthcare, Financial Sponsors or Financial Institutions Group supporting New York, London, or Hong Kong. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate transactions and have significant responsibility. The work is challenging, and Analysts are encouraged to be an integral part of coverage and project teams and dig into financial statements and think creatively. Our lean deal team structure allows Analysts to work closely with senior officers on a variety of projects. Analysts will participate in an Investment Banking Analyst Training Program in Budapest.

Investment Banking Analyst Training Program

The Investment Banking Analyst Program begins in July with three weeks of intensive classroom training in Budapest. This includes business presentations, practical sessions and the opportunity to network, exchange ideas and learn from your peers. The training includes an induction to the Firm, our values and culture, followed by specific investment banking training. This covers accounting, valuation, advanced modelling, Morgan Stanley's proprietary analytical tools, information technology and financial products. At the end of training, Analysts will be able to understand financial concepts, build a dynamic model and have a strong understanding of the Morgan Stanley culture.

Following the training, Analysts will undergo a period of work shadowing in either our London or New York office allowing Analysts to learn more about their role, the business and network across the function.
