We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Privacy NFR to support the Privacy Engineering team to maintain and develop the tooling that underpins the Compliance Privacy Program, for example the tooling to support Privacy Impact Assessments and Individual Rights processes.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Privacy Engineering to support the team as they develop and maintaining tooling for the wider Privacy NFR team.

What you'll do in the role:
Manage the PrivacyQ mailbox and act as a first point of contact for technical queries from end users of the tool
Develop PrivacyQ reporting including partnering with Technology to create Tableau Dashboards and conducting ad-hoc analysis as required
Support the PrivacyQ Steering Committee, including creating materials and co-ordinating responses to queries
Support with the development of user stories where required.
Support with UAT when new functionality is deployed
What you'll bring to the role?
At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams/individuals at all levels
Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks
Proactive work ethic and team player mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
An interest in Privacy regulations and/or change management
A willingness to learn and develop
