The Digital Prospect Experience Team, which is part of Wealth Management Digital Marketing, is a group of talented individuals who deliver modern solutions aimed at commercializing our public-facing Wealth Management websites (ms.com/wealth, ms.com/atwork, etrade.com) to drive prospect engagement and conversion.
The AVP, Digital Marketing Optimization will be responsible for supporting and evolving our public-facing websites with the primary goal of optimizing conversion funnels to increase account E*TRADE account opening and Morgan Stanley advised relationships.
The role reports to the Head of our Digital Marketing Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
> Launch and implement a robust SEO strategy to elevate our websites' visibility in organic search results, with a primary focus on etrade.com.
> Conduct thorough site monitoring to identify and enhance high-performing content and user journeys, while addressing areas that need improvement.
> Establish a comprehensive measurement framework to assess campaign success and provide detailed ROI reports for our digital initiatives.
> Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends to continually refine and expand our optimization strategies.
> Leverage a strong understanding of GEO and LLMs to inform future SEO strategies.
> Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on topical clusters and authority to drive content strategy.
> Perform competitor analysis, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page link building, with an increased focus for local campaigns.
> Deliver insightful SEO performance reports and analyses.
> Ensure quarterly objectives, goals, strategies, budget allocation and KPIs are established, monitored and reported on.
Qualifications:
> 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital platforms, product management, or program management.
> Proven experience in building and managing SEO-based programs.
> Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
> Demonstrated success in leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
> Strong understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
> Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills with a superb attention to detail.
> Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.
> Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented and a creative thinker.
> Preferably experienced in financial services or advisor marketing.
> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
