Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies, industries and governments.
  • Creating financial models.
  • Gathering market data and creating financial models to analyze trends and help value companies and price transactions.
  • Drafting presentations and proposals for a wider audience within the Firm and clients.
  • Attending team discussions and client meetings, where you may be asked to deliver parts of a presentation.

Qualifications and skills

  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between September 2025 and July 2026. (All majors are encouraged to apply.)
  • Business level English and Japanese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • High levels of energy, resilience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective team player and collaborator, able to partner closely with regional and global teams.
