We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of voice and trader voice infrastructure within enterprise data center environments. This is a hands on role responsible for executing new builds and refresh initiatives for both standard voice and trader voice platforms across Cisco, Avaya, IPC, BT and Cloud9 technologies.

The role focuses on the installation, coordination, and production turn‑up of voice infrastructure, supporting trading floors and call‑center environments within financial services. The successful candidate will own execution from requirements through deployment, working directly with engineering, operations, vendors, and telecommunications partners.

This is a Lead Technical Program Management position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. What you'll do in the role:

  • Lead and execute voice and trader voice infrastructure deployments and refreshes across data center environments.

  • Coordinate hardware procurement, logistics, installation, and staging of voice switches, routers, gateways, and circuits.

  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to test, turn up, and operationalize new voice services into production.

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution sequencing, validation, and stabilization.

  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams, vendors, and telecommunications providers to meet delivery objectives.

  • Gather technical requirements and translate them into clear deployment plans.

  • Execute implementation work during scheduled off‑hours change windows, primarily Friday evenings and Saturdays.

  • Act as the single point of accountability for execution quality and delivery success.

  • Ensure production readiness through proper documentation and operational handover.

  • Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience delivering technology infrastructure initiatives.

  • Strong background in voice telephony and telecommunications infrastructure within financial services.

  • Proven experience deploying voice switches, routers, gateways, and circuit connectivity.

  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Avaya, and IPC voice technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience executing off‑hours and weekend production changes.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills across engineering, operations, and third‑party vendors.

  • Ability to manage hardware deliveries, staging, and on‑site installation activities.

  • Comfortable working on‑site (3 days per week) and during non‑standard hours.

  • Experience applying Agile delivery practices and Jira is a plus.

  • CCNA / CCNP preferred.
