We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Reporting Associate.
The IIS EMEA team supports onshore ICS partners by delivering critical operational and oversight activities that enable scalable business practices while upholding high standards of accuracy and driving consistent, efficient execution across workflows.
As an IIS EMEA Reporting associate, you will support The Institutional Platforms Strategy Team which drives strategic initiatives aimed at scaling our Institutional Consulting Businesses; including Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO), Graystone Consulting, Corporate Retirement, Institutional RIA, and the MS Family Office, and ICS Scaling, Insights and Execution team which functions as a Chief Operating Officer & Strategy group for ICS and work with key-stake holders to provide valuable data insights, translate strategy into execution plans and roadmaps, and help scale initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and support business growth.
We are seeking a candidate that is highly organized, self-driven professional who can communicate clearly and effectively, handle multiple priorities, and is very comfortable working with data and data analysis. This person will take care of deliverables end-to-end, maintain good attention to detail, and keep work moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do in the role:
Manage, track, and prioritize projects for Analytic & Data partners to meet evolving business needs, serving as an ICS data SME
Document processes and decisions, ensuring a consistent audit trail and shared understanding across stakeholders.
Identify, triage, and escalate blockers early to keep delivery on track.
Coordinate projects and initiatives across cross-departmental teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Oversee and maintain collaboration channels and shared repositories to enable efficient coordination and information sharing.
Evaluate and synthesize data into executive-ready reporting (e.g., KPIs, trends, business insights) to support proposals and decision-making.
Deliver concise stakeholder updates and executive summaries, tailoring messaging to audience needs and ensuring follow-through on next steps.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, analytics, and/or business strategy/management
Bachelor’s degree
Good project management experience, with demonstrated ability to successfully lead and prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage cross-departmental relationships, mitigate project roadblocks, and deliver outcomes on time
Proficient SQL skills (including complex queries such as joins, CTEs, window functions; ability to optimize performance and maintain data quality)
Good analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to define ambiguous problems, synthesize data, and deliver practical solutions
Good written and verbal communication skills (business and technical)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (e.g., Power Query, nested formulas)
Experience with Dataiku (or similar data workflow platforms) preferred
Tableau experience preferred
