We are seeking an individual with dynamic personality to join our Quality Assurance & Improvement (QA&I) team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in internal audit and quality assurance, combined with hands-on experience in Data Analytics (DA) projects involving Power BI, Generative AI (Gen AI), or AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to audit innovation and drive continuous improvement across assurance activities.
In the Audit division, we provide senior management an objective and independent assessment of the Firm's internal control environment for risk management and governance. This is an Associate level position within Internal Operations and Quality Control, which is responsible for efficient and effective functioning of the department, supporting the ultimate delivery of high-quality assurance services

What you'll do in the role:
- Support reviews of audit engagements to assess conformance with internal methodology, IIA Standards, and regulatory expectations
- Lead or support DA/AI initiatives such as
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Implementing Gen AI solutions for department wide and team specific projects
- Applying AI-driven analytics to identify trends, root causes, and thematic issues across audit deliverables
- Collaborate with QA&I leads, and Audit Practices Group to ensure consistent application of feedback and methodology
- Support closure verification (CV) review processes
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and audit quality metrics
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or data analytics credentials
- 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, quality assurance, or data analytics
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following
- Designing and deploying Power BI dashboards for audit or assurance reporting
- Leading or contributing to Gen AI or AI projects in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of audit fundamentals, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with audit workflow tool
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with AI tools or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, GPT-based systems)
