Placement and Duration

This opportunity is available for working students (up to 20 hours) and Full Time Interns for an period of 6 - 12 months. Numerous start dates are available.

This Internship is an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere in the Firm Management Division by taking on some of the responsibilities and functions of an Analyst for a short period. The internship typically lasts six to twelve months but can vary in length depending on business needs and candidate availability.

Training program

You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects. This role crosses over multiple areas of firm management giving you exposure to different teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the preparation of CEO and COO reports for the MSEHSE Group supervisory boards and quarterly country reporting/ strategy reviews
  • Supporting the MSEHSE Group strategy process and planning including quarterly KPI review
  • Supporting the execution of strategic projects across the Firm’s businesses
  • Partnering with Team members to help drive forward initiatives
  • Supporting coordination and workflow of tasks and deliverables between FM team and the Firm’s businesses
  • Special projects

Requirements

  • You have a solid academic background (at least 5 semesters of business administration, economics or equivalent or bachelor´s degree with commercial law focus) and fluency in English. Knowledge of German is beneficial but not essential
  • You have good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You are a strong team player; have an ability to collaborate with colleagues within the Outsourcing Control department and across the broader organization
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • You are driven, highly motivated and results-focused
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • You are detail oriented and have the ability to work efficiently and precise even within tight time constraints
