The E*TRADE and Bank Marketing teams play critical roles in the development of marketing efforts and touchpoints acquiring new prospects to the company and deepening relationships with existing clients. We are looking for a talented, versatile Executive Assistant, who’s resourceful and eager to learn.
The Executive Assistant will interface regularly with individuals across all levels at Morgan Stanley and outside the firm. They must have excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills, and be adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, organizing, and executing events such as team meetings, lunches and events
- Managing calendars and daily schedules
- Handling all travel arrangements (booking flights, hotels and ground transportation; collecting all relevant details and preparing trip itineraries; communicating with trip organizers)
- Organizing and submitting all expenses
- Managing team administrative responsibilities including real estate footprint, maintaining team org charts, ordering equipment and office supplies, onboarding support for new hires, and other centralized operational functions
- Supporting special ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team with heavy experience in complex calendar management
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with Morgan Stanley and the financial/wealth management industry a plus
- Excellent organization and time-management skills

Salary range for the position: 57,000 - 115,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus.
