We’re seeking someone to join our FORT Tech team as a Project Manager, in Cross ISG Programs to The Cross ISG (Institutional Securities Group) Programs Group, XPG, is a balanced organization of seasoned and proven Business and Technology experts spanning asset classes and business functions, alongside experienced Program Management capability and tooling to provide the necessary set of skills to coordinate and drive delivery across the organization.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Director position that oversees and leads the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Over 5 years of professional experience, in investment banking.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong business understanding of multiple asset classes, front-to-back (F2B) trade flows, risk, finance, and operations.

  • Proven experience in leading projects that involve variety of stakeholders, across Business, Technology and Operations. A strong history of delivering large-scale, cross-divisional programs involving senior stakeholders and governance forums, including the ability to maintain plans, RAID logs, and (Steerco) status reports.

  • Self-motivation and creativity, with the ability to independently manage tasks and collaborate effectively with global teams.

  • Comfortable working in an agile team, and liaising with a cross-divisional, cross-functional squad.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years in hands-on project management, particularly in financial services technology initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally within investment banking. Exposure to finance, operations or technology.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, creatively, and analytically in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and within global teams.

  • Domain knowledge and project experience in Front-to-back trade lifecycle fundamentals.

  • Equity and/or LD.

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
