Profile Description
We’re seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Director, in Cyber to join our Social Engineering Testing & Education team as an Asia Pacific lead for our global Simulated Phishing Program in Cyber who will be responsible for regional stakeholder engagement as well as the design, execution, and optimization of controlled social engineering exercises that test and train employees to recognize real-world cyber threats.

This is Director position that monitors, detects, and responds to security incidents to ensure the organization's systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Design, execute, and manage firmwide and ad hoc simulated phishing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for BUISOs across India and Asia, fostering strong partnerships and driving regional engagement.
- Produce, validate, and deliver regional metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support stakeholder decision-making and downstream actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign methodologies based on emerging threats, regulatory expectations, and awareness needs.
- Lead risk escalations and remediation efforts with Business Unit Information Security Officers (BUISOs) and global stakeholders while supporting audit and regulatory deliverables.
- Manage program operations, including Jira workflows, issue resolution, documentation, training assignments, and Jive site content.
- Create and deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness communications and leverage Power BI insights to drive reporting enhancements and employee education awareness.
- Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
- Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Ability to process information, translate into plans, and present summaries to stakeholders.
- Experienced understanding of business lines and discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiar with using Power BI for reporting
- Attention to detail with strong organization and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset to locate areas of vulnerability in granular trending
- Collaborates across global team members and stakeholders
- Holds basic industry knowledge of social engineering threats
