What you’ll do in the role
- Lead daily client servicing functions, including trade allocations, amendments, and reporting
- Oversee swap allocation, trade breaks resolution, and cash trade matching and settlement processes
- Serve as the primary escalation point and operational contact for key client relationships
- Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and strategic initiatives
- Identify and promote Straight Through Processing (STP) opportunities across workflows
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to anticipate client needs and ensure seamless delivery
- Champion system enhancements and automation aligned with firmwide transformation goals
- Strengthen control frameworks and ensure adherence to operational risk standards
- Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risk issues to senior management
- Build strong partnerships with Prime Brokerage and DSP business units
What you’ll bring to the role
- Ability to build strong client relationships and act as a role model for client service excellence
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of operational cost and risk impact
- Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to enhance controls and reduce operational risk
- Proven track record in financial services operations and client servicing leadership
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex operational issues
- Experience working with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
