Job Summary

As a Product Manager you build exemplary capabilities and facilitate world class customer journeys. This is an execution focused role that requires the ability to understand the vision, roadmap, and priorities and execute the priorities effectively and efficiently working with an agile squad. You will be responsible for the product management/ownership of a specific growth area of NetApp’s business.

Job Requirements

· Execute the priorities of agile squads, ensuring alignment with corporate, business, and product objectives.

· Collaborate with peer Product Managers at NetApp to coordinate corporate priorities and initiatives.

· Understand customer/user journeys by directly interacting with users or relevant stakeholders.

· Partner with the scrum master, engineering manager, and squad members to plan and lead the execution of squad requirements.

· Define and track KPIs for products/features; adjust the backlog based on user needs and data-driven decisions.

· Develop, groom, maintain, and prioritize the squad's backlog, measuring success through metrics.

· Communicate product decisions clearly through documentation, presentations, and meetings, and be prepared to present to external parties and address questions.

· Serve as a key voice in making trade-offs regarding launch-blocking bugs.

· Demonstrable success in understanding, prioritizing, and executing user requirements to deliver world class product capabilities

· Exceptional skills in writing detailed user stories for the incoming requirements

· Experience in Agile Environment, Jira & Confluence

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently & on cross functional teams.

· Experiences in AI/ML and data storage/management/scaling product management are highly desired

Education

· 8 to 12 years of Total experience and 5+ years of Product Manager/Owner experience is required.

· Hands on experience with writing requirements, user stories, working with a product backlog, and working in requirement management tool/system such as Jira is required.

· Highly desired product experience in AI/ML and data storage/management/scaling.
