Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed USPS Price List Manager with governnment experience. This role involves supporting USPS price list management. The ideal candidate will ensure USPS and USPS contract price lists are accurate from a price and scope perspective. You will work with Product Management, HQ pricing and the USPS Program Manager to ensure contract compliance. Must be very proficient in excel.

Job Requirements

For every QuoteEdge (QE) release. Up to 8 times per year:
o Receive price lists (NAPL, USPS, NY & GA) from Pricing Operations team and prepare for analysis (ex: reformat, merge PL addenda)
o Create a Master Price List that includes the NAPL, all 4 GSA schedules, USPS, NY, GA and the previous release published price lists for USPS, NY & GA
o Identify and resolve discrepancies between PL versions
o Researching discrepancies may involve engagement with Pricing Operations, Product Business Units, IT, and review of information from these forms and systems:

  • Previous price lists

  • Pricing Review Committee (PRC) forms

  • PSRRs

  • Oracle ERP

  • QuoteEdge (QE)

o Check with Product BU for availability of Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) for newly added products and action accordingly
o Check for Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliance (may involve NetApp Global Trade Compliance - GTC)

• Attend PSSR calls (3 – 5 each week) with Product/Pricing team to identify issues before they happen
• Review PRC forms as they are being created and before they are finalized to identify issues before they happen

Education

Typically requires 0-3 of relevant or industry experience.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 77,860 - 100,760. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
