Job Summary

NetApp has a challenging and exciting opportunity for an individual contributor within NetApp’s Partner organization. This role will facilitate, lead and drive the incubation and business transformation to, land and expand cloud-based solutions in new markets with new and innovative offerings by co-creating services around partner practices. In intercepting partner practice opportunities, you will design and incubate technical solutions to meet customer business requirements. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in any of the following focus areas: hybrid cloud design, machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data, ITSM(ITILv3) integration, automation.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical design and architectural experience in the IT industry
  • Comfortable working at CEO/Director level with excellent communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decisiveness in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficient in technical functions, customer transformation, and consultative selling
  • Financial acumen and project team management skills
  • Effective collaboration and influence skills
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management and hybrid-cloud solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of NetApp and competitor storage portfolios
  • Understanding of cloud and data center technologies
  • Possession of certifications in NetApp, VMware, Cisco, ITIL v3, and experience in at least two technical towers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Collaborate with partner and NetApp teams to create IT service strategies and solution designs
  • Engage with customer executives as a trusted IT advisor
  • Develop innovative solutions and identify trends for new wins and customer expansions
  • Lead development of methods and IP for cloud transformation.
  • Define and develop solutions with partners.
  • Collaborate with various NetApp teams to achieve business objectives
  • Guide clients in migrating to hybrid or public cloud solutions
  • Provide technical input to Product Management and Marketing
  • Handle complex, unstructured scenarios with creative approaches.
