Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will provide an integral link between the sales organization, marketing and other Corporate support functions such as legal and finance. You will help to ensure all information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. The sales operation function is responsible for developing sales programs, sales process strategy, and evaluating and implementing improvements to sales programs and processes. As a part of the function you will provide information to the field sales organization to support client related issues; and internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you understand the sales cycle, sales compensation, funnel and install base management.

  • Forecasting, Revenue Performance, Business Cadence and Insights to support decision making and strategic planning
  • Execution of Planning Activities
  • Deliver analysis on risk & opportunity
  • Enable processes to increase productivity of sales reps (focus on increasing face time with customers)
  • Identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement through data analysis.
  • Performance Management – Support QBR, MBR, sales performance analysis, Win Loss Reports, KPI monitoring
  • Support our field teams in creating a great customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Develop best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs

Skills & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in business performance management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
  • Proficiency in using performance management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools is an advantage.
