Join our Graduate Program at the S3 Academy! The next session starts on August 4th, 2025, with an exciting opportunity to travel to the US for the first 3 months before returning to Germany to work with your local team.
We are seeking 2 Associate Client Executives based in Germany to be part of this transformative program.
The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a prestigious 2-year global development initiative designed for Early-In Career talent aspiring to become future leaders, sales professionals, and technical pioneers at NetApp. The program includes an intensive 90-day training period that delves into cutting-edge software, systems, and cloud technologies shaping the present and future.

Your mission as an Associate Client Executive: ignite partnerships, cultivate leads, orchestrate deals, and conquer the velocity sales arena within your dedicated sales domain. This dynamic, target-oriented position demands a fearless approach to penetrate fresh accounts and challenges. Collaborate closely with our adept partners to co-create success, showcasing NetApp's cutting-edge products and solutions to both established and prospective clientele.
Job Requirements
• Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
• Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue
• Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory
• Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners
• Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
Education
- Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Requires up to 2 years of related experience.
- Passion to to speak credibly on a variety of modern computing, storage and cloud technologies/concepts
- Fluent Business German and English (C1-C2 level)
