Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our Digital Wallet capability as part of our Intelligent data infrastructure. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Wallet while ensuring its alignment with both customer needs and company objectives. Reporting directly to Senior Director of Product Management, this role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering impactful products in a fast-paced environment. This product is growing quickly and established with existing customers and high demands and complexity. The role will work closely with support, business operations, engineering, integrated products, hyper-scaler cloud partners, and customers.

Job Responsibilities

· Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the Digital Wallet, ensuring alignment with the NetApp's mission and market trends.

· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, with a focus on user experience, security, and scalability.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support, to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.

· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging technologies, and competitive trends within the digital wallet, cloud marketplace, and fintech spaces.

· Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with stakeholders and ensure clear communication to the development teams.

· Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging data to make informed decisions and prioritize features for maximum impact.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in the context of digital payments and data security.

· Advocate for the customer at every step of the process, ensuring that the Digital Wallet delivers a seamless, intuitive, and delightful user experience.

Job Requirements

· 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products, preferably in the fintech or payments domain.

· Understanding of cloud marketplace technologies, payment systems, and related regulatory frameworks.

· Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

· Experience working in Agile development environments, with a hands-on approach to collaboration with design and engineering teams.

· Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly financial products.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 183,600 - 272,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
