We're looking for an innovative proven developer who will contribute and shape the future of Azure NetApp Files as we develop the next-generation software architecture to provide the infrastructure for highly innovative systems applications.
The candidate is expected to possess a high-standard standard for quality in software design and implementation, work closely with other senior engineering staff. This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented, technology savvy, and driven to produce results.
Job Requirements
- Lead a team of high-performing software development engineers.
- Lead software project teams through all phases of the product development/test/deployment cycle in support of the latest storage systems and performance enhancement modules.
- Experience with the development and deployment of Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Technical leadership of software engineering teams working in GoLang, C#, rest APIs, and Kubernetes.
- Work closely with other software teams as well as site reliability and customer support teams across multiple sites and time zones to make key decisions and provide status and iterative releases.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality releases of new functionality in Azure NetApp Files data management software.
- Provide early customer support and sustaining functions.
- Provide coaching and career development for members of your team. Be willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team department and company goals.
Education
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
