The Role
Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager for Ad Channels & Operations (ACO) will serve as a strategic partner to the Ads Channel Partnerships, Indirect Demand Management (Deal Desk), and Ad Ops teams, supporting them in optimizing processes, driving operational efficiencies, and aligning indirect demand efforts with broader sales goals. This role is critical for enabling seamless execution across ad channels, enhancing deal processes, and improving campaign delivery through robust operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead relationship with ACO global and regional leaders to align their go-to market-approach/strategies with channel objectives.
Develop business health metrics, reporting, and analysis to track programmatic campaign health and inform decision-making.
Drive the development of best practices to drive rep effectiveness and improve demand generation and fulfillment within ACO.
Streamline workflows and implement improvements to increase deal velocity and operational efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance programmatic and operational capabilities and address gaps.
Contribute to the creation of best practices that improve the quality of the demand generation and fulfillment activities that the ACO team leads
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sales operations and digital media.
Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams in a collaborative role.
Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, ad-serving technology, and/or Deal Desk processes.
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and operational support.
Excellent project management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $420,000.
