Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

We are seeking a Post Production Manager for the Growing and Emerging Markets of EMEA (GEMs; CEE, SSA, MENA, Turkiye & BNLX). This role requires someone who thrives in an environment where navigating the needs of multiple stakeholders at the regional level is essential.

The Post Production Manager will be partnering with GEMs local production teams and reporting to the Director for Post & VFX for GEMs. Since the level of support and guidance needed by local teams varies across territories, flexibility and adaptability are critical for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify and seize opportunities to drive efficiency and innovation, inspire and motivate teams to achieve shared goals and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and trust across all levels of the organization.

This position is central to supporting the GEMs regional teams and ensuring their continued success through effective collaboration.

The role can be positioned within either the Amsterdam, Istanbul or Warsaw offices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Connect and support GEMs' local teams and title managers to define local best practices, providing context and frameworks to simplify and inform their operations.

  • Collaborate with title managers and country leads to develop, communicate, and implement strategies for the local slate of Netflix projects, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.

  • Inspire and lead broader initiatives across GEMs' territories, such as post-production resource planning and local below-the-line (BTL) training initiatives.

  • Support GEMs' Production leadership in developing a post-production strategy and road map for the region that aligns with global priorities.

  • Establish a strong understanding of Content Planning.

  • Build alignment with PTO teams, serving as a knowledge hub for local opportunities, such as vendor and facility deals.

  • Strengthen relationships with major pan-regional external Post partners and vendors, including supporting negotiations as needed.

  • Partner with regional and central teams (e.g., Production Solutions, Finance & Strategy, standards, innovation, operational excellence, and data management) to implement initiatives requiring Post-functional support across GEMs' territories.

  • Title Management, during holiday coverage or unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience as a Post Production Supervisor on a freelance or staff basis, senior Post facility producer, or similar.

  • Experience of having worked on low to high-budget productions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and hold relationships within post-production communities within one or multiple relevant markets.

  • Confident communication style, able to build relationships within a diverse team

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment supervising several projects with the Local GEMs Post Production teams.

  • Familiar with the current trends and workflows for HDR, 4K and Atmos

  • Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of the advancing post-production process

  • Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly

  • Proficiency in the Google Suite of apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) and PIX a bonus.

  • Enthusiastic about Netflix culture: our culture is unique and we live by our values: https://jobs.netflix.com/culture
