Within the broader Finance, Strategy & Analysis (FS&A) organization, we’re building out our Ads Revenue & Yield Analytics team, which will help steward and support our Ads go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will support the Ads business for one or more LATAM countries, inclusive of Sales & Account Management, with specialization across Ad Sales pricing, inventory management & revenue analytics. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, FS&A, Ads Revenue & Yield Analytics (LATAM).
In tandem, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in this space, working closely with a global, cross-functional team across FS&A, Partnerships, Consumer, Marketing & Content to help build a cohesive understanding and unified approach to advertising at Netflix.
Your responsibilities will include.
Guide the commercial strategy for agency & brand development for one or more countries in LATAM
Support Sales in the creation and management of negotiated rate cards for preferred partnerships
Manage deal approvals & business exceptions across all transaction types, ensuring pricing & deal terms adhere to corporate policy and minimizing future billing discrepancies
Inform pricing for seasonal packages, curated PMPs, sponsorships, new product launches, and promotions
Manage market-level inventory avails across the product suite
Evaluate and troubleshoot campaign-level inventory challenges for Account Management
Work cross-functionally to generate supply & demand reporting, evaluate trends, and support optimization to facilitatethe growth of the business
Steward internal & marketplace feedback to develop Sales promotions and/or resolve pricing/packaging roadblocks
What We’re Looking For:
Overall +8 years of experience with 5+ years focused on Revenue Management, Pricing & Planning in the Advertising universe
Public TV, Streaming, Paid TV, or Digital Ads are a must
Familiarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, and/or ad tech
Embodies Netflix’s cultural values and is excited to work in a high-performance culture
Knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem is highly preferred
Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
A strong attention to detail and an eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties
Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partnerships at all levels
The ability to communicate financial calculations with varying degrees of detail, depending on the forum. You know your audience and what they’re looking for.
Native Spanish Speaker, English Communication skills are a must, Portuguese is a nice to have!
