Role Description
The Learning Experience team lead is responsible for the design and delivery of all learning deliverables, as well as learning program management across a variety of core curriculum courses. The role offers the rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning professional to partner with an inhouse Talent Management team and work on designing business related training needs in a highly consultative and collaborative team and organizational dynamic. Whilst supporting the AEJ region, this role will also have responsibilities of a global scope, helping design, deliver and manager cross-divisional and cross-region training and events. The role offers a high degree of autonomy but also requires an ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced industry, managing multiple pieces of work with competing deadlines and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and colleagues.
Focus areas to highlight:
• Partner with Talent Management Leads to address Learning needs and design interventions focused on supporting tailored business strategies
• Form collaborative partnerships with the HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders to execute impactful learning design and delivery
• Design, develop and deliver programs as part of the core open curriculum, as well as some ad hoc, bespoke business initiatives
• Source and manage vendors, working closely with the regional Talent coordinator and Talent Shared Services team.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
• Bachelor's Degree as a minimum
• Minimum of 7 years professional experience in Learning & Development, or Talent Management or HR
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing learning content
• Experience in and passion for facilitation and delivery of learning interventions, in person and online
• Strong project and learning program management skills
• Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Results-oriented and take a "hands-on" approach within team dynamic
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with SuccessFactors a plus
