■担当業務:
投資銀行部門向けシステム(主にWebアプリケーション)の内製開発チームにフルスタックエンジニアとしてご参画いただきます。ビジネスユーザーと直接対話をしながら、現場のニーズを的確に把握し、それを反映した価値のあるシステムを構築していただきます。
日本の投資銀行部門のビジネスユーザ、グローバルなテクノロジー部門との日本語・英語ともに高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。また、AI機能をともなうシステムが増加しており、AI/ML分野の経験がある方を歓迎します。
■Responsibilities:
You will join as a full-stack engineer in an in-house application development team responsible for proposing, developing, and supporting systems for Investment Banking department in Japan.
You will work directly with business users to build truly valuable systems that directly reflect the needs of the field.
High communication skills in both Japanese and English are required when working with business users in the Investment Banking department in Japan and global technology departments. Additionally, as the number of systems incorporating AI capabilities is increasing, candidates with experience in AI/ML are highly welcomed. | | ■技術スタック・Tech Stack: | - バックエンド: Java(Spring Boot)

Requirements | | Requirements: | | 必須要件： | - フルスタックの開発者としてシステムの要件分析・設計・開発からリリースまですべての工程を担当した経験
- 日本語での要件定義の経験
- Java(Spring boot)を用いたアプリケーション開発経験(4年以上)
- Experience handling all stages of the system lifecycle as a full-stack developer Ex) requirement analysis, design, development and release
- Experience in requirement analysis and definition in Japanese
- Over 4 years of application development experience using Java (Spring Boot)
