As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategic, and business-as-usual, deliverables required to achieve the firm’s strategic business goals. You will have a can-do attitude and a passion for innovation and solving complex problems.

How will you fulfill your potential?

  • You will contribute to the regional product roadmap and the work prioritisation process. You will represent the Asia business globally in product discussions, prioritisation and delivery forums.
  • You will be instrumental in delivering regional product strategy, defining end-to-end trading solutions for Global Execution Services, Prime Brokerage and Delta 1, and Instinet Technology Solutions. You will be a key contributor within the Global Product organization.
  • You will coordinate across Front Office and corporate teams to drive delivery of regional and, where applicable, global projects. You will be heavily engaged in senior level stakeholder management.
  • You will identify, assess and mitigate business risks arising from changes to product use, regulation, market structure, infrastructure changes, and competitive forces.
  • You will promote product reusability, working with technology teams to define scalable and easily adaptable solutions, always keeping an eye on the future.
  • You will help internal and external clients to leverage the technology offering to efficiently and effectively meet their business goals.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of the Asian Equity’s Execution landscape. Knowledge of Prime Brokerage and Delta 1 would be a significant advantage.
  • A strong analytical, commercial and logical mind-set with an attention to detail and the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • A good understanding of the risks applicable to an execution services business including comprehensive knowledge of appliable rules and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems in the simplest possible manner.
  • A highly collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage at the global level.
  • An attention to detail without losing sight of the overall objective.
  • An ability to analyse large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and an entrepreneurial desire for problem solving and project work.
  • A good understanding of Agile Project Management.

Product management experience in the industry is preferable, either within a bank, a technology firm, or other Financial Services provider.
