Global Markets division currently uses Salesforce as its CRM. The Salesforce development team consists of 13 members located in four different locations: Tokyo, Mumbai, London, and New York. They possess strong technical and business knowledge. Given the rapid pace of digital transformation, we need a project manager/business analyst to effectively manage the delivery of this strategic platform. You will be responsible for managing requirements and their delivery for Global Markets, primarily in Japan and AEJ (Asia excluding Japan). Additionally, you will be responsible for projects utilizing generative AI to make use of the data gathered through the CRM.

The role involves understanding business requirements from Global Markets in Japan and AEJ and writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and/or Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) for implementation. You will work closely with Business Managers, Sales Representatives, and Research Assistants to gather requirements and propose new functions to enhance customer service for Nomura’s clients. Design the BRD/FSD considering business requirements, UI/UX, database schema, and inbound and outbound data feeds, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the Wholesale business. Proactively propose new features to facilitate better service for Nomura’s clients, rather than waiting for user requests.
Manage backlog (Book of Work), collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements, arrange User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct user training for safe delivery. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 user support and escalate issues to the development team. Communicate and report to stakeholders, including the development team head and business managers. You will also be involved in the budgeting process and commercial discussions with vendors. In the medium to long term, you may be required to implement some of the requirements related to this CRM or the projects utilizing generative AI independently.

バックログを管理し、自チームも含めた複数のチームと協力して要件を実現し、ユーザー受け入れテスト（UAT）をサポートし、必要に応じてユーザートレーニングを実施します。レベル2およびレベル3のユーザーサポートを提供し、不具合を開発チームに報告します。開発チームのマネジャーやビジネスマネージャーを含むステークホルダーに対して定期的に進捗報告を実施します。また、予算プロセスやベンダー折衝にも関与します。中・長期的には、このCRMおよび生成AIを用いたプロジェクトについて、それらの要件に基づき、開発することが求められる場合があります。 | |
