IT Infrastructure Department is responsible for implementing, rolling out, and supporting various IT infrastructure services - such as cloud, digital workspace (desktop, messaging, telecom, mobile, etc.), data centers, and networks - for our Wholesale division, Wealth Management division, and group companies. In a time when the world and the business environment around us are changing rapidly, the department is receiving a steady stream of transformation requests from senior management and business units regarding IT.
The CTO Business Management Team interacts with a wide range of stakeholders, including CTOs and other infrastructure division executives and project managers across multiple regions such as Japan, the U.S., EMEA, and India, as well as business managers from other global IT teams, IT finance teams, and clients from each business domain.
Currently, the CTO Business Management Team has six members based in Japan, with additional members located in the U.S., EMEA, and India.

当募集ポジションの配属先となるITインフラストラクチャー部はクラウド、デジタルワークスペース（デスクトップ、メッセージング、テレコム、モバイル等）、データセンター、ネットワークなど、多岐にわたるITインフラサービスの導入、展開、サポートを担当します。対象はホールセール部門、ウェルス・マネジメント部門、グループ会社です。
ビジネス環境や外部環境が急速に変化する中で、シニアマネジメントや各事業部からITに関するトランスフォーメーション要求が継続的に寄せられています。
CTO Business Management Teamは、日本、米国、EMEA、インドといった複数の地域にまたがるCTOおよびその他のインフラ部門の経営層やプロジェクトマネージャーをはじめ、他のグローバルITチームのビジネスマネージャー、ITファイナンスチーム、各事業領域のクライアントなど、幅広い関係者とやり取りを行います。
現在、CTOビジネスマネジメントチームでは日本に6名が在籍しており、米国、EMEA、インドにもメンバーが配置されています。 | | | Responsibilities：
The position, CTO Contract Administrator, is under CTO Business Management Team in IT Infrastructure Department, and the responsibilities are;
●Work closely with contract owners under Global Chief Technology Office (“CTO”) to ensure timely contact renewal and approvals.
・Tracking and monitoring global contract pipelines - especially those in scope of Ringi
・Follow up with contract owners to ensure timely contact renewal and approvals.
・Assist documentation for Ringi
・Report accurate info about contracts that had required/would require Ringi approvals to CIO Head Office periodically
CTO Contract AdministratorはITインフラストラクチャー部に属するCTO Business Management Teamの一員として主に以下を担当します；
●契約管理 - 国内外のGlobal CTO下契約担当者と密に連携し、契約の更新や承認が適時行われるよう管理します。
・契約パイプラインの追跡・監視 - 特に稟議の対象となる契約を重点的に管理
・契約担当者へのフォローアップ - 契約の更新や承認が適時行われるよう、期限管理や督促を行う
・稟議案件説明のための資料作成サポート
・過去に稟議承認が必要であった、または今後稟議承認が必要となる契約について、正確な情報をCIO Head Officeに定期的に報告 | |
