  • Deliver the separation of responsibilities of an IaaS and PaaS organization by building a Platform as a Service layer capability

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Automation Services Product engineering team member will be expected to work with peers in other regions and stakeholders to maintain a high level of service availability ServiceNow applications. The ServiceNow GRC, IRM ,TPRM Lead is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and on-going management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ,Third party risk Management ,processes using the ServiceNow platform. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s risk and compliance requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Mind Set:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
  • ServiceNow CIS certification(s) related to GRC and IRM, TPRM modules and any other
  • Expertiese in GRC (Integrated Risk Management) and Third Party Risk management implementation
  • Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CMMC, COBIT, privacy, vendor risk, operational resilience).
  • Experience designing or implementing large-scale enterprise solutions across Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, or Regulatory Change.
  • Good knowledge in Java script ,GlideAjax, script includes , UI policies, RESTAPI, workflows, email notifications, business rules, reports and gauges, scheduled jobs, background scripts, server and client scripts, access controls, import sets and migration of update sets between different environments of ServiceNow.
  • Handson experience in ServiceNow instance upgrades and scheduled maintenance activities
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Passionate in providing high quality customer service and learning new technologies
  • Strong and confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to take the initiative to investigate and follow-up with various stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Solid understanding of release, deployment, and change management processes
  • Self-motivated individual, quality and improvement focused
