Japan Business Services のGroup Procurement Management IT (GPM IT) チームでは野村ホールディングスとグループ傘下の会社（野村證券を含む）のコーポレート部門のうち、主にGPM（購買統括部門）のシステムを担当しております。主な責任範囲は以下のとおりです。
1. テクニカルサポート: 各アプリケーションの専門家(レベル3)として、プロダクションサポートチーム（本番管理のレベル1、2チーム）と協力し、ユーザーからの問い合わせと障害対応
2. ユーザー部門の業務要件に即したソリューションの新規開発・二次開発
業務推進上、国内や海外拠点の関連各ユーザー部署と他ITチームとの協業が求められます。
今回は、グループ会社を含むGPM部門向けのプロジェクトの推進と管理するプロジェクトマネージャー、業務要件を最適なシステム提案のもとで実現していくテクニカルBAを募集します。 | | | | Responsibilities： | - プロジェクト計画からデリバリーまでのシステムライフサイクルを通して、リソース管理、進捗管理、リスク・課題管理、関係者との折衝を含むプロジェクト管理全般
- GPM部門のユーザーおよび関係者と協力し、要件の収集、分析、優先度調整と定義の決定。および設計文書の作成、更新と管理
- 開発チーム（主にベンダー）を管理し、ソリューションの方針を立て、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルを推進
- プロダクションサポートチームと連携し、各種障害への対応など、円滑なシステム運用保守
- ユーザーからの問い合わせへの対応
- アプリケーション責任者として、関連するシステムへの影響分析
- Project Management through whole cycle, including management of resource, planning & progress, risk/issue, stakeholder communication
- Work with users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize, and determine requirements to implement. Create, update, and manage design documents
- Manage development teams (mostly vendors) to develop systems using SDLC (software development lifecycle) policies and tools
- Work with production support teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Responding to User Inquiries
- As application owner, analyze change impacts from related systems

- プロジェクト管理経験
- 開発ベンダー管理のスキルと経験
- 関連ビジネス部署と連携して要件を具体的なシステムデザイン・実装まで落とし込む、高いコミュニケーションスキル
- 問題解決力をもって、課題発生するときの適切な対応策の検討と実施
- 5年程度のシステム導入、あるいは維持管理の経験
- 3年程度のWEB系、オープン系システム開発経験（Java、.NET、JavaScriptなど）
- 問題の当事者意識の強さと優先順位を適切に決定する能力
- チームワークを大事にできること
- Japanese (native level) and English (Read/Write business documents)
- Project management experience
- Vendor management skills and experience
- High communication skills to work with related business divisions to consolidate requirements for system design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills, examine options to come up solutions when facing project or system issues / risks
- About five years of system implementation or maintenance experience
- About 3 years of experience in developing WEB and other systems (Java, .NET, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong ownership and ability to prioritize issues appropriately
- Good team player
