The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $150,000 and $170,000 annually.

The CTO function oversees group-wide transformation on strategically important, mission critical projects for the firm. We’re aligned to our key businesses across the group and operate to global standards and governance across our programs. Role Description:
The Project Manager/Business Analyst role is within the CTO International Change Wholesale Front Office team and aligned to the strategic technology transformation program sponsored by the Global Equities business, specifically focused on Prime Brokerage buildout. The role will work closely with business, functions and technology stakeholders to deliver complex front to back change to enable the business to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and business analysis for Global Equities & Prime Brokerage strategic initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements for Cash Prime Brokerage platform expansion
- Build delivery plans and drive execution across multiple Technology and Business teams
- Partner with development and testing teams to ensure a detailed understanding of requirements and design from analysis through development to testing
- Manage project conflicts, dependencies, scope changes, and risks throughout delivery
- Lead governance forums and provide transparent progress reporting
Essential Requirements:
- Degree from accredited university
- Strong project management and business analysis experience in Prime Brokerage
- Knowledge of Prime Brokerage models, products and lifecycle ideally including Arranged Financing
- Knowledge of Prime Brokerage regulatory landscape
- Experience delivering complex technology solutions across multiple business areas including managing Risks, Issues & Dependencies
- Strong analytical and communication skills including ability to adapt to different audiences
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience defining test strategies and leading test execution
- Exposure to various DevOp tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence to manage project deliverables.
- Experience in defining target state architectures working with technology and enterprise architects
- Ability to ensure implementations meet firm wide technology objectives
- Knowledge of Equity Finance / Securities Lending would be useful
