Job Description | Job/Group Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Product Strategy team in Tokyo.
The Global Product organization in the Front Office conceives, delivers and enhances Equity Execution products used across the firm (Global Execution Services, Prime Brokerage, Delta 1, Instinet/Newport).
Product managers decide “what to build” to drive business value while technology delivers “how to build” it. This Senior Associate will represent the Asia business globally and lead strategic initiatives and BAU product delivery across the Equity Execution platform | | | | Responsibilities: | - Define, develop and enhance product capabilities across the Equity Execution platform, aligned with firm strategy, regulatory change and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, gather client/internal feedback and evaluate new technologies.
- Lead requirements gathering, prioritization and documentation; translate needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and publicize product roadmaps; contribute to regional and global prioritization.
- Prioritize competing projects to maximize ROI (revenue, cost savings, other returns).
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication across business, corporate, technology and QA; run stakeholder reviews.
- Work with engineering and architecture to promote product reusability and scalable solutions.
- Coordinate delivery with development, PM and testing teams to ensure products meet requirements and business goals.

Requirements | | 3) Requirements: | | Mandatory | - Strong knowledge of the Asian equities execution landscape and related product areas (Execution, Prime, Delta 1, OMS/EMS).
- Analytical, commercial mindset with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex issues and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborative, regionally and globally oriented.
- A good understanding of Agile Project Management.
| | Preferred | - Product management experience in the industry is preferable, either within a bank, a technology firm, or other Financial Services provider.
- Experience with execution algorithms, data analytics, or connectivity workflows.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous delivery environments.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
- JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification Class 1 ※If not, you are required to get one
