私たちは世界各拠点に約270名が在籍するリスク＆キャピタルテクノロジー組織の日本拠点で、現在は開発者3名とビジネスアナリスト2名の計5名で活動しています。担当範囲はリスクマネジメント部門が利用するグローバルシステム全般で、東京では主に市場リスクおよび信用リスクに関するデータ処理、リスク計測、モニタリング、レポーティングシステムの設計・開発・運用を行っています。日本固有の要件に対応するローカルシステムも当拠点で担当しています。各メンバーは担当領域ごとに海外の報告ラインを持ち、日常的に海外拠点と緊密に連携しています。リスク＆キャピタルテクノロジー日本拠点の特色は、各メンバーがリスクマネジメント部門と直接連携する機会が多く、ビジネスに直接貢献できる点です。バーゼル規制対応や内部管理の高度化を目的とした複数のプロジェクトが進行中で、常に学びながら成長できる環境が整っています。国内では野村證券ホールセール部門を担当するホールセールIT部に所属し、グローバルマーケッツテクノロジー、インベストメントバンキングテクノロジー、オペレーションテクノロジーなどとともに、日本のホールセールビジネスを支えています。本募集では、将来的に組織の中核メンバーとしてリーダーシップを発揮できる方を求めます。変化の速い環境で自律的に課題を解決し、組織を前進させる意欲のある方を歓迎します。
We are the Japan hub of a Risk & Capital Technology organization with approximately 270 staff across global offices. Our Japan team currently consists of five members (three developers and two business analysts). We are responsible for global systems used by the Risk Management division; in Tokyo, our work focuses on the design, development, and operation of data processing, risk measurement, monitoring, and reporting systems related to market and credit risk. We also manage a local system that addresses Japan specific requirements. Each team member has a reporting line for their area to overseas offices and works closely with global sites on a daily basis. A distinguishing feature of the Risk & Capital Technology Japan hub is the frequent direct collaboration with the Risk Management division, allowing team members to make direct contributions to the business. Multiple projects are currently underway―such as Basel regulatory initiatives and efforts to strengthen internal controls―providing a learning environment with strong opportunities for professional growth. Domestically, we belong to the Wholesale IT Division supporting Nomura Securities’ Wholesale business, and we work alongside Global Markets Technology, Investment Banking Technology, and Operations Technology to support Japan’s wholesale business. - 国内外のリスクマネジメント部門と連携した業務要件の分析・定義（BRDの作成）
- 機能要件定義書（FSD）の作成および仕様の技術要件への落とし込み支援
- 国内外の開発チームと協業し、機能実装の推進およびリリース調整
- UAT計画の策定支援およびテスト実施サポート
- 本番稼働後のプロダクションサポート（レベル2／レベル3対応）およびステークホルダーへの状況共有・改善提案
- Participate in development projects for global credit risk systems and local systems for market risk.
- Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with domestic and international Risk Management teams (including drafting BRDs).
- Create functional specification documents (FSDs) and support the translation of specifications into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with domestic and international development teams to drive feature implementation and coordinate releases.
- Support the formulation of UAT plans and assist with test execution.
- Provide post-production support (Level 2 / Level 3) and communicate status updates and improvement proposals to stakeholders.

- 基本的なプログラミング理解
- ユーザと協働したUATリード経験
- 運用フェーズでのインシデント対応経験(初動対応、障害切り分け、エスカレーション)

- チームマネージメントと育成
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5-8 years of hands on experience in requirements definition and business analysis (financial industry experience, particularly in risk management, preferred)
- Experience negotiating and coordinating with stakeholders (business stakeholders and global/offshore teams)
- Technical literacy sufficient to align requirements with developers (SQL, understanding of data structures, Linux)
- Basic programming knowledge
- Experience leading UAT in collaboration with end users
- Experience handling incidents during the production/operation phase (initial response, issue triage, escalation)
- Experience providing regular reports to stakeholders and building stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Japanese: native level
- English: business proficiency
