The HR Planning Department serves as the core unit for formulating HR strategy and as an organization that proposes solutions grounded in HR expertise in response to management's issues. | | | Responsibilities: Case Management: ・Lead the deployment of Japan outbound rotations, supporting stakeholders through the process and collaborating with global team to ensure an excellent employee experience ・Oversight for moves in to Japan, taking a lead role for more senior moves and partnering with our team in India to deliver a seamless move experience Regional (Japan) Role: ・Responsibility for all aspects of the program in Japan, primarily: -Ensuring that global mobility policies are adapted and applied consistently within the region -Stakeholder Engagement - collaborate with regional stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal etc to address the unique mobility needs of the region -Local Compliance: -Stay updated on, and ensure compliance with, regional immigration, tax, and employment laws -Work with Payroll, Corporate Tax, and Finance teams to ensure compliance in payroll/wage reporting, and cost allocation matters as it relates to mobile employees -Process Improvement - Independently identify and implement process improvements that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the region. Global Role: ・Responsibility for one or more functional areas (eg tax, immigration, policy design etc) ・Support implementation of global initiatives in Japan ・Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of the Global Mobility program | |
登録資格 Requirements | Requirements: Experience: ・10+ years of proven experience in global mobility or international HR, preferably within the financial services industry Knowledge: ・Deep understanding of global mobility processes, immigration laws, tax compliance, and assignment management, with specialty level expertise in one or more areas Analytical Skills: ・Strong numerical and analytical abilities ・Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI desirable Communication: ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels ・Fluency in both English and Japanese Problem-Solving: ・Ability to independently navigate complex situations and provide creative solutions to mobility challenges ・Ability to independently use theoretical and practical knowledge to address business and operational issues ・Be curious about how processes are managed and challenge the way things are done, seeking ongoing improvement in all areas Attention to Detail: ・High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work ・Comfort working under pressure analysing large volumes of data from multiple sources Project Management: ・Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ・Able to prepare presentations/communications materials suitable for senior executives | |
