Job Description | Job Overview：
・トレジャリー部は、弊社グループ全体の経営目標を達成するため、海外拠点を含めた弊社グループ全体の資金管理や資金流動性規制対応等、統合的な流動性管理を担っています。国内で完結する業務やプロジェクトは少なく、海外の弊社グループ拠点（米州、欧州、アジア）と各国の規制に合わせてグローバルに業務を行っております。
・その中で、Treasury Group Funding deskは、弊社グループの業務遂行に必要な資金調達を中心としたグローバルの資金流動性管理を担います。
・そのためデスクはトレーディング権限を保有し、資金調達手段はマーケットや中央銀行からの調達など多岐にわたる取引を行っています。
・加えてデスクでは、首都圏の代替拠点として大阪にバックアップサイト（BCP）を置いています。首都圏災害時には大阪にて資金繰りを担う他、通常時には東京とのデュアルオペレーションを行っています。
・今回大阪もしくは東京において、実務担当を担って頂ける方を募集しております。尚、いずれかのタイミングで最低2年間の大阪勤務が必須となります。
・入社後は、一早くチームに馴染んで頂けるよう、OJTを通じ業務知識を広げて頂きます。

・Treasury department is responsible for cash/funding management of whole group entities and comprehensive liquidity management. Our tasks and projects are not only in Japan but also global base with communicating with regional Treasury at overseas entities (US, EU, Asia)
・Treasury Group Funding desk is responsible to manage Group liquidity risk globaly to support firm’s business including shor-term and med-long term funding.
・Therefore, the desk executes various tradings in financial market and central banks’ facilities.
・In addition, the desk has another desk in Osaka as back-up site under Business Continuity Plan (BCP) protocol. In case of emergency, Osaka BCP desk shall handle the Group’s funding operation. In normal times, the group funding is ran by dual operation between Tokyo and Osaka.
・As for the work location, you can choose either Osaka or Tokyo. But, at some point, at least two years of work experience in Osaka is required.
・On-the-Job-Training will be available to support adapting to new environment and tasks.

- 危機対応（Business Continuity Plan及びContingency Funding Plan）
- Fundrasing activites including trasactions with central banks and market funding
- Cash and collateral management of domestic/overseas subsidiaries
- Control on currency mismatch
- Securing and applying liquidity buffer
- Operation on CoF rate (internal allocation of funding cost)
- Operation on Inter-company loan
- Risk management (Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Contingency Funding Plan (CFP)

- エクセル・ワード・パワーポイントに関する基礎的スキル
- 明るさと前向きさ。チームや関連部署と協業できる対人コミュニケーション能力
- High business level Japanese and English
- Basic skills of Microsoft office Excel/Word/powerPoint
- Positive attitude with bright personality. Communication skill to collaborate with counterparties within and outside the team

- Front or Middle-back office experience on finance business.
