The Digital Tools Hub team comprises Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in digital and data, acting as a central liaison between group-level business units and IT to drive and support transformation initiatives across Nomura Group. By maintaining and leveraging our digital tools portal, the team ensures employees have easy access to the data and digital tools necessary for maximum efficiency. Our comprehensive services include governance, user adoption support, tool inventory and license management, platform administration, solution development, and portfolio review to ensure the effective utilization of digital tools throughout the organization.
デジタル・ツール・ハブチームは、デジタルおよびデータ領域のSME（Subject Matter Expert：専門家）で構成されており、グループレベルのビジネス部門とITの間のハブとして、野村グループ全体のトランスフォーメーション推進を担っています。社内デジタル・ツール・ポータルの運用と活用を通じて、社員が業務効率を最大限に高めるために必要なデータおよびデジタルツールへ容易にアクセスできる環境を提供しています。また、ガバナンス、ユーザー導入支援、ツールインベントリ・ライセンス管理、プラットフォーム運用、ソリューション開発、ポートフォリオレビューなど、デジタルツールの有効活用を促進する包括的なサービスを提供しています。 | | | Tools and Technology covered are (not limited to) the following.

Key responsibilities to this role are (not limited to) as following.
主な職責は、次の通りです。（これだけに限定されません。） | - Active contribution to the evaluation of tools, solutions or approaches
- Build common components for business processes simplification, consolidation and rationalization
- Challenge the status quo and maximize opportunities for digital innovation and transformation
- Coaching and supervising business line developers for transformation.
- Contribute to maintenance and adherence to governance and operating model
- Develop relationships with business line SME's to support their efforts and identify opportunities
- Digital Transformation Culture Development via training to business users on digital tools / new technology
- Establish accountability and ownership of solutions in case we develop for the business line
- Maintain documentation in line with minimum standards
- Maintain JIRA EPIC's, and stories to facilitate monitoring and planning
- Provide transparent and clear updates as part of daily scrum calls - be advisory as needed
- Propose transformation opportunities to leads

- JIRA EPICとストーリーを管理し、監視と計画を容易にします
- 毎日のスクラムコールでアップデート情報を提供し、必要に応じて助言します
- リーダーに対して、変革のための具体的な提案を行います

Requirements | | Requirements： | | ＜Madatory／必須要件＞ | - Japanese: Native or near-native proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Over 5 years of experience in IT development or data engineering (ETL, analysis, visualization, etc.)
- Over 5 years of experience in SQL and RDB development
- Ability to deliver solutions using agile or hybrid approaches to quickly meet business demands via PoC / MVP
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, proactively embrace challenges, and effectively gain proficiency in new digital or data tools and technologies adopted by the team.
- Team player: bring the requisite skills and capabilities to the role whilst respecting those of others in the team.

- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, etc.
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, etc
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS365, etc.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, AI, or large language models (LLMs), etc.

- 銀行／金融業界での就業経験
