Job Description | Job/Group Overview：
We are the software development team in Nomura Group, a leading company in the industry and has a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions.
Our mission is to support the equity business and IB business in cooperation with Business users by driving project delivery, gathering and analysing requirements, and coordinating across stakeholders. Team members will be involved in a variety of in-house projects, leveraging the latest technologies, modern development practices, and generative AI.
The team consists of multinational members, and communication within the team and with stakeholders is conducted in both Japanese and English.

- Planning and management of projects of varying scale
- Creating technical specifications for application development, primarily in English
- Coordination of development activities with development members and vendors, in both Japanese and English
- Reporting to management and project stakeholders, in both English and Japanese
- Agile development and DevOps experience (if of interest)

- 規模の異なる各種プロジェクトの計画および管理
- アプリケーション開発に関する技術仕様書の作成（主に英語）
- 開発メンバーおよびベンダーとの開発調整（日本語及び英語）

- アジャイル開発およびDevOpsの経験（あれば尚可）

Requirements | | Requirements： | | ＜Mandatory＞ | - Experience in business analysis, architecting, and testing in application development projects
- Strong communication skills with users
- Japanese language proficiency (Business-level or above)
- English communication skill (Business-level or above)
- Strong organisation, documentation, and time management skills
- Pro-active mindset

- ビジネスユーザーとの高いコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語ビジネス相当レベル以上
- 英語ビジネス相当レベル以上
- 高い整理力、文書作成能力、および時間管理能力
- 主体性のある方
| | ＜Preferred＞ | - Over 7 years of experience in securities industry, preferably in Equity Trading and/or IB
- Experience in project management
- Experience in application development (programming)
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and release/change controls from a BA/PM perspective.
- Experience in production operation of applications
- *JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification
- 証券業界での7年以上の経験（特にエクイティ取引および／またはIBビジネス経験があれば尚可）
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- アプリケーション開発（プログラミング）の経験
- BA・PMの観点から、DevOpsの概念、CI/CD、およびリリース管理・変更管理に関する知識
- アプリケーションの本番運用経験
- アジャイル開発の経験
- 証券外務員資格
