| Responsibilities: |
| Domain Expertise |
- Strong understanding of Access Management principles
- Significant experience in Cyber Security
- Strong domain knowledge in IAM - specifically CIAM
- Expertise in delivering at least one CIAM platform
- Expertise in translating deep technical content into Business language
- Experience designing and delivering security controls
- Good understanding of the Identity Lifecycle and the application of controls

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to gather IAM requirements
- Develop detailed use cases and process definitions
- Provide technical insight to guide stakeholder requirements.

- Significant experience as a senior stakeholder in delivery of security programmes
- Track integration progress and maintain project timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional IAM teams to drive effective change
- Significant experience engaging with internal and external audit teams

| Stakeholder Management |
- Build a network of senior stakeholders across all Japan based Business Units
- Gain a deep understanding of Business needs and advise on the appropriate IAM options and solutions to solve thematic issues.
- Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders through a deep understanding of the IAM roadmap
