Nomura is seeking a Senior Saviynt Operations Specialist for the Asia region, based in Tokyo, Japan, with Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (Japanese preferred).
The applicant should have 5+ years’ experience in an operational role in Technology and at least 3+ years’ experience with Saviynt or a related product (ex. Sailpoint).
Reporting into the global manager for Identity and Access Management Operations based in Mumbai, this is a hands-on role providing day-to-day support for the Asia region and ensure consistent and reliable delivery of directory services across the region.
We are looking for someone with strong operational discipline, and experience with Saviynt (or related product).

- Configure and optimize Saviynt modules including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Application Governance
- Manage user lifecycle processes, access certifications, and compliance reporting within Saviynt
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Saviynt support for complex technical problems
- Lead day-to-day operations of identity and access management processes
- Monitor system performance, generate operational reports, and ensure SLA compliance
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
- Implement and support Saviynt connectors for various applications and systems
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and automated provisioning rules
- Manage data imports, exports, and system integrations using Saviynt APIs
- Support compliance audits and regulatory requirements through platform configuration
- Create, configure, and execute Saviynt analytics and reports
- Create and maintain SAV (Saviynt) roles and enterprise roles
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Manage incident response and escalation procedures for identity-related issues
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

- 運用手順書およびドキュメントを作成・維持する
- 各種アプリケーションやシステム向けの Saviynt コネクタを実装・サポートする
- ワークフロー、承認プロセス、自動プロビジョニングルールを設定する
- Saviynt API を使用して、データのインポート／エクスポートおよびシステム連携を管理する
- プラットフォームの設定を通じて、コンプライアンス監査および規制要件への対応を支援する
- Saviynt の分析機能およびレポートを作成・設定・実行する
- SAV（Saviynt）ロールおよびエンタープライズロールを作成・管理する
- システムパフォーマンスを監視し、問題を切り分け、解決策を導入する
- ID 関連のインシデント対応およびエスカレーション手順を管理する
- オンコール対応に参加し、必要に応じて時間外サポートを提供する

- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting)
- Good understanding of Database structure & SQL
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (Japanese preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
