Job Description | Department Overview：
The GM Planning Department provides business management and strategic oversight for the Global Markets business, helping shape and execute the strategy while driving product development, platform strategy, and operational excellence. Execution Services provides execution solution for clients globally.
Role Purpose：
Lead strategic development and operational execution of Global Execution Services Japan, driving operational efficiency, business growth, and global/regional collaboration while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strategic Partnership & Business Development：
・Partner with Global Execution Services' regional and global heads to define and execute regional strategy
・Identify cost savings, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies
・Drive competitive analysis and business expansion initiatives
Product & Platform Leadership：
・Partner with IT, Prime, Operations, Compliance teams
・Coordinate platform globalization
Business Management & Control：
・Manage budgeting, financial planning, and day-to-day cost approvals
・Oversee audit coordination, RCSA processes, regulatory queries, and examination preparation
・Identify operational issues, strengthen desk procedures, and drive strategic change to reduce operational risk
Operational Excellence & Coordination：
・Lead cross-functional project delivery and establish operational KPIs
Stakeholder Management：
・Primary liaison between Global Execution Services leadership
・Ensure alignment with global strategy while managing cross-functional relationships | |

Requirements | Skills and Experience：
| | ＜Essential＞ | - Execution Services Expertise: Deep knowledge of Execution Services including client landscape, execution systems and algorithms, and regulatory environment in Japan.
- Business Management: Proven experience in budgeting, audit management, RCSA, and regulatory interactions
- Leadership: Senior operational track record in investment banking with strong stakeholder management skills
- Control Focus: Experience in risk frameworks, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination
- Technology Fluency: Ability to work with technology teams on platform architecture

- Fluent in English and Japanese
