Come join a busy, dynamic global Wholesale Production Services team dedicated to providing global follow-the-sun 1st and 2nd line production support excellence! You will be responsible for execution of production services to the International Investment Banking, Global Sales, Global Research and Operations businesses using your technical and business knowledge in this challenging and fast-moving space. This is an Individual Performer role within the Client Services Production Services team based in Tokyo providing support to the International Investment Banking, Global Research, Sales and Entity Reference Data businesses for a wide range of electronic trading platforms and applications in addition to maintaining our in-house\vendor application solutions designed to facilitate the successful and smooth running of the businesses. As part of our global follow-the-sun team, this Tokyo-based role focuses on the Japan franchise and will involve incident, problem and change management; monitoring and alert response; a hybrid working model on business days; and participation in a weekend rota (will be defined and agreed with ahead of time based on business requirements and team calendar). | |

| | Mandatory： | - UNIX , SQL (some familiarity is required; no scripting/complex queries experience expected)
- MS Office suite (Outlook, teams, Word, Excel)
- The ability to apply problem solving skills prior to escalation to management
- Attitude to investigate issues and ability to explain the same to other stakeholders in a clear manner
- Aptitude to learn new businesses and technology and understand how they fit
- Be able to build strong, collaborative relationships with the business, application development teams, Infrastructure, various governance teams and functional groups across the region
- Japanese Language Proficiency (both written and spoken at Native level)
- English Language Proficiency - Ability to converse in English over emails/chats is a must have.

- Python, RPA Tools, ITIL Certifications, AWS Certifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the Site Reliability Engineering principles
