Senior Digital Marketing Automation Specialist
Oliver Wyman
Job Overview:
We are seeking an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Automation Associate to join our team as our B2B email marketing automation subject matter expert.
You will play a critical role in leading the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys; build and optimize automated journeys; and upskill colleagues through documentation and training. Collaboration is central to our culture, and you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and continuous improvements. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to make an impact within a supportive, innovative, and globally distributed team.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 2 days a week in the Warsaw office.
We will count on you to:
Own our use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys: build templates, forms, segments, and multi-step automations; ensure QA (including Litmus) and mobile optimization.
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and campaign stakeholders to contribute strategic insights and recommendations that shape campaign planning, audience targeting, and automation approaches, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives, maintaining oversight of email campaign peer-review approvals, ensuring compliance, and best practices are applied.
Build, test (A/B), deploy, and optimize email journeys that align to campaign goals; implement UTM standards and integrate web forms for tracking.
Partner with campaign leads on journey design, audience definition, and lead-scoring/nurture logic; ensure assets and timing align to objectives.
Document processes and create practical training/reference materials; upskill marketers on tools, best practices, deliverability, and data privacy.
Monitor performance of email campaigns and landing pages using dashboards and reports (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Dynamics) and translate insights into recommendations to improve ROMI.
Identify and pilot generative AI use cases for automation innovation and optimization; develop simple playbooks/prompts for everyday use that support larger marketing and business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, sales, IT, and data teams to resolve integrations, improve data quality, and streamline operations.
What makes you stand out?
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including hands-on email automation for B2B. Practical experience in building and optimizing automated journeys, segments, and triggers is required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing/Customer Insights Journeys is preferred; Dynamics 365 Marketing certification is a plus.
Understanding of marketing automation concepts like segmentation, lead scoring, A/B testing, nurture, and ABM strategies.
Knowledge of compliance and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and commitment to campaign hygiene and data quality.
Comfort with HTML and CSS, along with familiarity with QA and deliverability tools like Litmus and Validity.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) with a firm grasp of ancillary tools such as UTM Tracking, Web Metrics (e.g., Adobe Analytics), and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Demonstrated project management skills: you are comfortable prioritizing and delivering high-quality work proactively and efficiently, managing your own work, supporting others in the team, and helping to keep project tasks on track.
Ability to influence, mentor, and support colleagues while fostering knowledge sharing to build team capability. Skilled at effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and data teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, highly organized, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Why join our team:
- Full time job contract with an attractive compensation package
- Flexible benefits package which you can tailor to your needs (e.g. private health care, insurance, sport card, lunch card, gift card, saving plan, pension plan)
- Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, global company
