We are seeking a meticulous and organized Digital Asset Management (DAM) Coordinator to be the steward of our digital content assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Frontify. This role is critical in maintaining governance, structure, and efficiency of our DAM system by ensuring assets are properly tagged, organized, and accessible. You will be the central point of contact for all DAM-related inquiries, uphold naming conventions, oversee taxonomy standards, and coordinate regular audits to maintain asset integrity. The ideal candidate has solid experience managing digital assets, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to optimizing DAM processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integrity and organization of digital assets within AEM DAM and Frontify, ensuring compliance with defined governance policies and procedures.

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce a clear DAM taxonomy and metadata standards to improve digital asset classification, discoverability, and consistency.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of DAM assets for quality, accuracy, redundancy, and compliance with naming conventions and metadata standards.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams on questions related to digital asset use, best practices, and troubleshooting.

  • Create and update user guides, documentation, and deliver training sessions on DAM processes, taxonomy updates, and AEM DAM functionalities.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize DAM workflows, asset lifecycle management, and automation of tagging or metadata processes, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

  • Liaise with marketing, design, and technology teams to coordinate asset requests, updates, and ensure alignment with brand and campaign needs.

  • Verify completeness and accuracy of data entered into the DAM platform by internal users, ensuring adherence to standards and quality expectations.

  • Manage and safeguard sensitive digital assets, ensuring proper handling of copyrights and licensing compliance within the DAM system.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1-3 years managing digital assets, preferably in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) or similar platforms in B2B or agency environments.

  • Solid understanding of managing copyrights, user permissions, and licensing compliance within digital asset management platforms.

  • Familiarity with AEM DAM capabilities: asset ingestion, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and search optimization.

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and enforce asset naming conventions, taxonomy standards, and governance frameworks within DAM systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, with the ability to explain DAM concepts clearly.

  • Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple asset administration tasks efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to asset metadata, permissions, and system usage.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
