Job Overview:
The HR/HC Generalist supports the HC Operations team in planning and administering human resources activities. The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support on projects, initiatives and transactions. Responsibilities include the coordination of a variety of Human Capital activities, including but not limited to the assigned Region. This person will assist with activities that may include program administration, policy and procedure implementation, payroll and benefits employee assistance, and planning for orientations.

Key Responsibilities:
Program and Process Administration
Administer Talent Management programs, such as leaves, rotations, and work schedules, generate and distribute appropriate documentation.
Coordinate MBA sponsorship for North America HC Operations team; draft and process MBA sponsorship agreements and stipends.
Organize new hire orientation (schedule presenters, maintain calendar invites, reserve meeting rooms, etc.).
Maintain time off balances for North America, track approvals and provide reports on vacation balances.
Maintain shared drive for policies and forms; implement and maintain process for housing priority documents.
Manage central US Human Capital inbox.
Maintain and update various team spreadsheets including the new hire tracker, special payment tracker, etc., ensuring accurate data management.
Employee Transactions and Documentation
Enter employee transactions and draft related documents for regular and temporary new hires, transfers, manager changes, pay changes, status/role changes and terminations. Ensure and request required approvals are obtained.
Process new hire paperwork including I9 verifications.
Manage required documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements and ensures accuracy and completeness.
Other HC activities - duties as assigned, including projects related to the business or the regional HC Operations team.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree.
Two plus years of human resources experience (internships considered), preferably in a professional services environment.
HR Certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Maintains knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveys local and federal laws where appropriate
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Workday is a plus
