Join Oliver Wyman as a Support Professional Talent Management Coordinator in Mexico City and be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of internal talent (Support Professional*) across the Americas. You’ll support day‑to‑day talent management operations while contributing to programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and learning experiences to performance management and compensation processes - helping create a workplace where everyone feels they belong. Bring your HR operational skills and collaborate with regional and global team members to empower colleagues, support managers and make a direct impact on our growth and culture.

In this role you will work closely with the Americas’ Support Professional Talent Management team based in Chicago and New York and collaborate with the global Support Professional Talent Management team on global initiatives. This position will work with other HC teams and across the organization to assist with HR process coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, world-class environment.

*Support Professionals are in functions such as Executive Assistants, Finance, Human Capital, Business Impact, Knowledge Services, Marketing, etc for the Americas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to employees and managers across several Talent Management processes and systems (including, but not limited to performance management, OW Balance (our pulse check tool))

  • Monitoring and checking-in on work life balance challenges and alerts including monitoring internal systems and then raise/update the Americas’ SPTM if broader concerns.

  • Hosting Introduction to SP Talent Management sessions for new joiners

  • Coordination of Work Away Week process

  • Responsible for drafting and sending “action” memos (eg role changes, transfers, promotions) that are shared with Support Professionals and then send to the appropriate team for processing. Ensure memos are filed in our share drive.

  • Responsible for sending out new hire emails on a weekly basis to the relevant new hires in the Americas

  • Schedule follow-up meetings around the 90-day mark as a check-in to see how onboarding and integration is going

  • Answer questions from employees and managers on SPTM topics or processes

  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed

  • Participate in, and support key SPTM initiatives, including but not limited to performance management and compensation planning

  • Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures

  • Timely and respectfully handling of employee inquiries

  • Responsible for submitting manager and matrix manager changes on a weekly basis to the respective team for processing

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of professional HR or related experience in a fast-paced, client-serving (professional/financial services) environment.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal; ability to tailor the message to fit the audience.

  • Demonstrates a clear career focus in Human Resources with relevant education or work experience.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; comfortable interacting with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-focused, able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive self-starter who takes initiative, owns deliverables and is accountable for outcomes.

  • Solution-oriented, critical thinker who presents practical solutions and drives results.

  • Process-oriented with strong follow-through—sees tasks end-to-end and ensures quality outcomes.

Technical skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with Workday, AI tools
