Oliver Wyman is looking for a seasoned Talent Manager for our Data and Analytics (DNA) Specialists in IMEA region!
Job Overview:
The Talent Management team is responsible for the optimal mobilisation of specialists across our external client projects taking into consideration the commercial needs of the business and the individual needs of the specialist.
The Talent Manager will be responsible the for the staffing and all talent management initiatives for a pool of DNA specialists in IMEA region. The person will be part of the DNA Talent Management team and will be working in close collaboration with the broader European Talent Management team and the respective local Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing of specialists onto external client projects, considering balances between project requirements and execution, development objectives and personal preferences
Oversee local utilization, ensure that trapped capacity is limited
Talent Management for 60-80 consultants including on-boarding, performance management and career development
Management of Mid-Year and Year-End performance management processes
Senior stakeholder management - being a person of trust and guidance for the DNA SLT
Act as person of trust for specialists regarding work related issues such as career development, work-life-balance or conflict resolution
Collaboration with other Human Capital functions regarding topics such as training, performance management, recruiting
Working on project-based initiatives
Experience Required:
5+ years of experience as a Talent Manager, Resource Manager, Recruiter or HR, preferably in adynamic client services business environment (management consulting or professional services)
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management or BusinessAdministration
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization
Team player able to function independently, but collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diversepersonalities and different cultures
Proactive, high performing multi-tasker who takes full ownership of their work and manages the details
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
